Overview

Lead from the Start is a structured leadership formation experience designed for women with 0–5 years of professional experience, equipping them with the critical foundations needed to succeed and lead with confidence. Through a practical and immersive learning approach, participants gain:

⁠Leadership confidence and executive presence
Strategic communication and influence skills
Career clarity and intentional growth planning
Professional identity development and workplace effectiveness

Beyond individual growth, the programme is designed to help organizations accelerate young female talent from potential to performance and promotion readiness, while strengthening engagement, retention, and long-term leadership pipelines.

The full programme fee is ₦150,000, however, the scholarship provides needs-based financial support to applicants who can demonstrate that assistance will materially enable their participation. The scholarship is not need-exclusive, but applicants must clearly show genuine need

Scholarship Expectations

Successful applicants are expected to:

Maintain a minimum of 95% attendance across all sessions and activities
Actively participate in peer discussions and group engagements
Serve as ambassadors of the programme within their professional networks
