The program was truly helpful for me. The booklet especially opened my eyes to some key issues in how I approach goal-setting, particularly procrastination and a lack of motivation, which has been my biggest challenge. After writing down the tasks I needed to complete, I was able to finish a few of them the very next day, which felt like real progress. I’ve also finally started the Femi Fákáyòdé script that I had been putting off. In addition, I had created an accountability document earlier this year, and I’m now committed to updating it regularly.
