Zainab Abdulrasheed

Learning and Development Professional

Zainab Abdulrasheed  is a Learning & Development Specialist, Management Consultant, Trainer, and Programme Lead with the Lagos State Government.

She specialises in leadership, soft skills, emotional intelligence, HR, and workplace effectiveness, and has trained over 5,000 professionals across diverse sectors.

Passionate about people development, she creates practical learning experiences that inspire personal growth, professional excellence, and organisational impact.

Dr. Kanyinsola S. Oluyide.

Health Systems Strengthening Specialist.

Dr. Kanyinsola S. Oluyide is a seasoned public health executive with over 16 years of cross-sector leadership, specializing in health supply chain transformation and healthcare delivery optimization across Africa.

Her key career milestones include:

Founding Leadership: Co-founding the Africa Resource Center for Excellence in Supply Chain Management (ARC_ESM), a women-led nonprofit driving homegrown supply chain innovations in healthcare and agriculture.

Strategic Partnerships: Brokering a landmark public–private partnership MoU between Yobe State and local pharmaceutical manufacturers to expand access to affordable, quality medicines.

System Innovation: Pioneering Nigeria's first Group Purchasing Organization and developing an innovative Group Purchasing Framework (GPF) to optimize procurement and resource allocation.

Currently, she leads supply chain transformation at the SWAp Coordination Office, providing strategic leadership under the Health Sector Strategic Blueprint (HSSB) to align national health reforms with global standards.

Onyinye Lydia Abuo

Onyinye Lydia Abuo is a Data Governance, Protection and Cybersecurity expert with over 10 years of experience helping organizations manage data responsibly, strengthen resilience and reduce risk.

She is currently the Data Protection Officer at the Bank of Industry, where she works across data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and enterprise risk. She has led enterprise governance and privacy initiatives, across several organisations both as a consultant and serving in the public sector.

Lydia is also an experienced speaker, trainer and professional community contributor, having trained over 150 professionals and contributed to ISACA's cybersecurity and privacy initiatives through speaking, certification training, exam development and professional assessments.

She is passionate about good governance, digital trust, education and sustainability, and believes organizations should be able to understand their data, manage its risks, protect it appropriately and use it responsibly.

Pamilerin Akabunwa

Pamilerin Akabunwa is the Deputy Managing Partner at Moroom Africa, where she heads the Firm’s Corporate Immigration and Regulatory Compliance practices and co-leads the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Corporate & Commercial groups. She regularly advises multinational corporations and international consulting firms on complex legal, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactional matters.

Her notable highlights include:

Academic Excellence: First Class graduate of the Nigerian Law School and an alumna of Afe Babalola University.

Global Leadership: Communications and Website Officer for the International Bar Association (IBA) Immigration and Nationality Law Committee, as well as Deputy Registrar (Training Faculty) and Assistant Publicity Secretary at the Nigerian Immigration Lawyers Association (NILA).

Thought Leadership: Recognized Mondaq Thought Leader, author of numerous corporate immigration publications, and contributor to the ICLG Corporate Immigration guide (2020 & 2021).

International Speaker: Active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association-Global Mobility Section (AILA-GMS) and frequent speaker at major international conferences hosted by AILA and the IBA.
